RETURNS 

All jewelry and clothing are final sale and are NOT RETURNABLE.

All sale pieces are final sale.

The color of the image can vary depending on the device where you browse our website. If you wish to see a better resolution of the products or have any questions, please write to our live chat or at infodiezveintiuno@gmail.com

All our pieces are inspected before shipping, but if you should receive any of our broken pieces please contact us to our live chat or at diezveintiuno@gmail.com. We will also consider the date the package was delivered.

LOST PACKAGES

As long as your order not marked as delivered, we will be responsible. 

WRONG ITEM OR SIZE

As a small business I depend on myself to pack each order and I am very sorry that this has happened. Please contact us to resolve this issue as soon as possible. When contacting us, it would be helpful if you include your full name, order number and photo of product.
