Shipping Info

Diez Veintiuno ships to USA, Puerto Rico, and other countries via USPS. Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Once your order is processed and shipped Diez Veintiuno will provide you a tracking number. You may experience longer delivery times due to Christmas season or some other high season.

Diez Veintiuno doesn’t joint orders from pass days.

Once your order has been shipped and tracking number has been provided, Diez Veintiuno is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages, or any delays that may happen with the postal service.

We are not responsible if the address entered it’s not correct or if the packages established as delivered and haven’t arrived. Client must pay shipping again if the item was returned because of that.

Shipping cost are non-refundable. 

 

Pick Up

If for any reason it does NOT arrive within the time frame agreed upon Diez Veintiuno staff, you may incur shipping charges.

At the moment we do not have a physical location and therefore a schedule is kept in these cases.
